Response time
We respond to every inbound within 1 business day (Mexico City time). If you write on a weekend or holiday, we respond first thing the next business day.
Operations
Mexico-City-based team with on-site presence during assessment, acceptance testing, and go-live phases. The rest of the project is hybrid, on-site or remote working sessions per the bank’s preference.

Do you work with sofipos / fintechs, not just banks?
Yes. We serve any institution the central bank admits as a participant: banks, sofipos, IFPEs, credit institutions, and crowdfunding entities.
Can we start with SPEI only?
Yes. Most engagements start with a single channel and add others later. The architecture is built from day one to extend without rework.
Do you require a confidentiality agreement?
Mutual confidentiality agreement on request before assessment. We process it in 1-2 days.
Working language?
Spanish and English, written and verbal. Final documentation in the language you prefer (or both).
Can you work with our existing vendor?
Yes. In projects with legacy infrastructure or third-party integrations, we define interaction points during the architecture phase.
